How shipping works

At NuPepta Peptides, we take pride in ensuring every order is processed, packaged, and shipped with care to maintain the integrity and quality of our peptide products.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of funds have been confirmed (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping methods & Rates

To preserve product integrity and viability, we only offer overnight or second-day air shipping within the United States.

Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

At this time, NuPepta Peptides ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We do not currently offer international shipping or deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

You can monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier’s online tracking portal.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received: Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to trace and resolve the issue.

Orders ship in protective packaging designed to reduce damage in transit and keep contents discreet.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Certain products are temperature-sensitive and may be shipped with cold packs during warmer months.

Orders containing temperature-sensitive items are shipped Monday–Wednesday to prevent weekend delays in transit.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes—NuPepta ships to most U.S. destinations. If a carrier restriction applies to your address, we’ll contact you.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

What if my package shows delivered but I can’t find it?

Check around your delivery location and with your building/office mailroom. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.

How do I request a return or report an issue?

Email us at info@nupepta.com and include your order number, the item(s) in question, and photos if applicable. We’ll respond as quickly as possible during business hours.
